Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase using UPS or Canada Post. Depending on the shipping location, Purolator or Fed Ex may be used. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Orders returned to BackRoads due to the wrong address provided at checkout will be shipped again to the correct address, but the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the second shipment.

Canadian Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $150 or more within Canada, excluding Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Free-shipping thresholds are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Orders between $50.00 and $149.99: $12.50 + tax shipping.

Orders under $50.00: $13.50 + tax shipping.

Online orders can be picked up with no additional charges in-store.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping replacement items for exchanges.

Free local delivery is available in London within 3 km of BackRoads Brews + Shoes on orders of $50 or more. Eligible customers can select local delivery at checkout. Local deliveries are typically completed within 2 business days.

BackRoads does not offer local delivery in Kitchener-Waterloo.
