Refund policy
Returns:
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns may be shipped back to BackRoads via mail, however the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all of its tags attached to the item.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Discount Codes: discount codes may be applied to online orders before it is placed and cannot be applied to an order after the order is completed. The code can still be used for future purchases if the discount code is still active.
Defects:Product with defects (such as rips) will only be replaced within 16 weeks of purchase and must also be a full priced item. Proof of purchase and proof of defect (either pictures or in-person in store) are required to replace the product. General wear and tear of shoes, apparel and gear will not be considered a defect. Defected items will be replaced and will not be refunded.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale. Sale items cannot be be submitted for warranty's or defects.
Exchanges:
Full priced items may also be exchanged in store granted all the same refund policies have been accepted. Sale items may not be exchanged.
