Shipping policy

Orders will ship within 2 business days from the day date of purchase using Canada Post or UPS.

Orders returned to BackRoads due to the wrong address provided at checkout will be shipped again to the correct address, but the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the second shipment.

BackRoads offers free shipping on orders over $125 in Canada.

Orders within Ontario between $50.00 and $124.99 are $12.50 + tax shipping.

Orders within Ontario under $50.00 are $13.50 + tax shipping.

Orders under $124.99 in all other provinces and territories in Canada are $12.50 + tax shipping.

Online orders can be picked up in-store.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of all product exchanges.

If you live locally to BackRoads Brews + Shoes (within 7 km) you can select local delivery at checkout for free shipping over $50.00. Local delivery can be expected to be delivered within two business days of the order being placed.
