London & Kitchener Locations

Free Social Runs Every Thursday at 6pm

Bring a friend and join us every Thursday at 6PM for our FREE social run! Whether you're up for a 5K, 10K, or something in between, we've got a route for you — and all paces are welcome!

After the run, we love to kick back and socialize in our Taproom, where you can enjoy Ontario craft beer, kombucha, coffee, and more. It’s the perfect way to wind down and connect with fellow runners and build meaningful new connections.

These Thursday runs have been a long standing staple for the London running community and we're excited to now be bringing them to our Kitchener location! It's important to note that our KW store is not open yet, so the runs will be taking place outside the new store! See our events page for more details.

Perfect for runners who are self-coached or coached independently. Designed for those that do not require access to one of our structured training programs, but still value the benefits of being a Run Club member and want train with a welcoming group!

Fast Track To FCRR Program

This is the perfect program for those gearing up for the 10k or Half Marathon at this years FCRR, or for those looking to stay fit over the shoulder season. We'll meet three times a week with a fun, engaging group, focused on movement, community and of course, post-run fun!

Spring Rookie Program

Learn to run with us this spring!

Our spring Rookie Program is the perfect option for those who are new to running, or for those who might be returning to the sport after a long hiatus.

The welcoming, gentle and progressive training atmosphere integrates walking with running intervals that will help you work up to a 5K run by the end of the program.
