2026 BackRoads Fast Track to FCRR Running Program
The BackRoads Bridge Program is back!
If you're looking to stay fit between racing seasons, or your focused on getting race ready for this year's Forest City Road Races, we've got you covered! Our 5 week program is designed to keep you active and moving through the spring season, and perfectly aligns with the FCRR Weekend!
What's included:

5 week program starting Tuesday, May 12th, to Saturday, June 13th

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm, Saturdays at 8:00am
- Tuesday - Mix of speed work, intervals, tempo, hills
- Thursday's are social runs with distance ranging from 5km to 10km
- Saturday long runs
- Supportive, experienced group leaders who provide excellent support and instruction.
- Private email communication for program updates, workout descriptions, and routes
- Monthly email newsletter access to stay up to date with the latest gear, events and advice.
