BackRoads 2026 Summer 5-10k Program
Introducing the 2026 Summer 5K - 10K Program!
This program (the FIVE & DIME GROUP) is a great choice for those wanting to run with a group, providing some structure and camaraderie, but not too much intensity. Perfect for those looking to stay fit, improve their 5K time or tackle a 10K! The program will prepare you to run this distance for the first time, or help you improve your endurance and speed.
Our program has a structure that fosters a strong sense of community, encouraging collaboration and support among runners who have a wide range of experience and abilities.
You should be comfortable in running at least 5K at the start of the program. Alternatively, our BackRoads Summer 2026 Learn to Run 5K program will be starting in August. Similarly if you want to regularly train beyond 10 km distances you may wish to consider the Half Marathon group.
