London & Kitchener Locations

Free Social Runs Every Thursday at 6pm

Bring a friend and join us every Thursday at 6PM for our FREE social run! Whether you're up for a 5K, 10K, or something in between, we've got a route for you — and all paces are welcome!

After the run, we love to kick back and socialize in our Taproom, where you can enjoy Ontario craft beer, kombucha, coffee, and more. It’s the perfect way to wind down and connect with fellow runners and build meaningful new connections.

These Thursday runs have been a long standing staple for the London running community and we're excited to now be bringing them to our new Kitchener location! See you on Thursday!

BackRoads Summer 5-10k Program

This program is a great choice for those wanting to run with a group, providing some structure and camaraderie, but not too much intensity.  Perfect for those looking to stay fit, improve their 5K time or tackle a 10K!  The program will prepare you to run this distance for the first time, or help you improve your endurance and speed.    

Our program has a structure that fosters a strong sense of community, encouraging collaboration and support among runners who have a wide range of experience and abilities.

BackRoads Summer Half-Marathon Program

We’re back at it for the summer!  Offering a 16 week structured program for runners tackling their first half-marathon or trying to work on improving their time. This group includes a great mix of new and experienced runners creating a fantastic opportunity for sharing a collective community learning.

BackRoads Summer Marathon Running Program

If you're aspiring to run your first marathon, or want to get faster at the distance, the Marathon Program is the right fit for you! The 16 week structured program will aim to systematically elevate your fitness to have you race ready by spring marathon season!

New this season, we've decided to offer a two-tiered approach to this program so you can choose the benefits that fit your needs best. We've also enlisted the help of Brian Murphy and a team of 6 coaches, all with their own unique running backgrounds with the goal of creating a very relatable and supportive coaching team.
